1. Return Eligibility
- You may return eligible luxury items purchased from GlamourTrend Boutique within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. This ensures that the products can be resold as new, maintaining their luxury value.
- Certain items, such as customized or limited – edition pieces, may be non – returnable. These will be clearly marked as such on the product page during the purchase process.
2. Initiating a Return
- To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at JerryLJohnson@armyspy.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will then guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization number.
- You can also initiate a return by logging into your account on our website, navigating to the “Track Orders” section, and selecting the order you wish to return. Follow the prompts to request a return.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- For all other returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us safely.
4. Inspection and Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically it takes 3 – 5 additional business days for the funds to become available.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process as described above. Once we receive and process the return, you can place a new order for the desired item.
- In some cases, if the item you want to exchange for is in stock and the exchange can be processed quickly, we may be able to arrange for a direct exchange without the need for a full return and new order. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about this option.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective luxury item, please contact us immediately at JerryLJohnson@armyspy.com. Include photos of the damage or defect and details about the problem.
- We will either arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. You will not be responsible for return shipping in the case of damaged or defective items.
